介绍一种我觉得很好吃又简单的做法,从傻狗姥姥那儿学的洋葱一个切碎碎沫,平菇一堆切碎碎沫锅里倒比炒菜多点的油(如果你提前用这锅煎了培根之类的剩下的油就更妙了后面应该就不用放盐了),下洋葱炒到变色,下平菇,炒到两个都有点焦焦的了就加盐,过一会儿出锅。就着面包吃巨好吃,我可以用面包擦锅里的油那种好吃但是高油警告!因为蘑菇巨吸油!
