饼皮原料如下:40g过筛杏仁粉140g double cream2小勺 泡打粉35g融化黄油(无盐)4个鸡蛋一小撮盐赤藓糖醇适量(我喜欢多一点)
加在一起搅搅搅,放一大勺到刷了一点点油的平底锅上小火摊,不需要翻面,上层熟了就倒出来晾凉就能包打发的奶油水果了~
