这两天的甜品用自己加代糖打发的鲜奶油配草莓黑莓代替。解馋了~
咖啡里的燕麦奶也被椰子油取代了。惊喜的是还蛮香,而且用果汁机搅拌完还有一层绵密的“奶泡”。不过缺点是一定要尽快趁热喝完不然椰子油会慢慢凝固然后有点lá嗓子。
